A coach that sees the set.

Arcform is an AI form coach for iPhone. It watches a set through the camera, knows the lift, counts and scores every rep and names the one thing to fix. Then a coach that knows your training talks it through.

CoachYour sets, scores and plan

Afternoon. Your last set of push ups scored 94, and lockout is the one thing to work on. What would you like to know?

Built on real reps, not guesses.

Two algorithms of our own do the seeing, from real clips of real people lifting. The AI only speaks once they've measured the set.

  1. Auto detection

It knows the lift on its own.

Arcform's detection algorithm recognizes the exercise from how the body moves, with no menu to pick from. No other app we checked does this. It's tuned and tested on real footage of real lifters, and every set a tester corrects can become a new test clip.

  2. Workout analysis

    It measures every rep.

A second algorithm grades each rep from the tracked joints: depth, lockout, body line, tempo and how much the reps slow down. Its tolerances were tuned on real camera footage of good form, so a clean set reads as clean, and it flags the reps that put you at risk and stops a set that's going wrong.

  3. A refined AI coach

Then the coach talks it through.

Those measurements, as a short text summary, are what the coach works from. It answers from your real sets and scores, weight increases come from Arcform's own rules, and every reply gets a safety check before you see it. Real advice, real training and real form correction, built to help you get stronger without getting hurt.

One app, from the first rep to the leaderboard.

Everything below is built into the app today. Nothing needs extra hardware: prop the phone up and lift.

The camera

Raise a hand to start. Arcform recognizes the lift from your movement, counts every rep, scores the set out of 100 and ranks what it saw into one main fix: what happened, why, a cue, a drill and an easier version. Uploaded videos work too.

The coach

Talk or type, or say "Hey Arc". It answers from your own sets, scores and plan. Weight increases come from Arcform's rules, and every reply gets a safety check before you see it.

Training

Programs laid out as splits with sets, reps, weight and effort, week by week. A 3D how-to model and the camera sit one tap from every exercise, and trainers link with a code to adjust a client's plan.

Crew Quest

Friends, goals and leaderboards, plus games scored on form: boss raids where every clean rep is a hit, duels in four modes and a camera arcade. See Crew Quest.

Where Arcform is ahead.

In October 2026 we checked more than 45 products from 17 companies. None coaches a live set on a phone with a score and a single fix.

  • Live coaching on the phone you own

Rep by rep feedback while you lift, with no equipment to buy. Most camera coaching needs hundreds to thousands of dollars of hardware, or scores a clip afterwards.

  • A score and one fix

Every set gets a score out of 100 and the single change that matters most, so a lifter always knows what to do next set.

  • It knows the lift

Arcform recognizes the exercise from movement, uploaded clips included. Elsewhere you pick the exercise or follow a script.

  • Games scored on form

Raids, duels and the arcade count only clean reps. Tying multiplayer play to technique, not just movement, is the one thing no one else has.

  • Privacy without trade-offs

Form analysis runs on the phone. No ads, no third party analytics, and data is never sold.

  • Human plus AI

Trainers link clients with a code and adjust plans from scored sets, which turns each trainer into a channel with a roster of clients.

The honest picture.

The gaps are about reach and proof, not what the app does.

Not there yet

  • iPhone only, with no Android, Apple Watch app or Apple Health link.
  • Not on the App Store yet, so no ratings or reviews.
  • No public price.
  • No published accuracy study.

The plan from here

  • Read Apple Health and Watch heart rate, and write workouts back.
  • Publish a study of rep counts and fault detection against a coach's review.
  • Launch on the App Store with a price inside the category's band and an easy cancel.
  • Grow through trainers, take the arcade beyond squats, then Android.
